NDA CREW CODE OF BEHAVIOR As we all should know how to behave, it never hurts to remind each other that members of the NDA CREW team are expected to abide by the NDA Code of Behavior at all events.  From page 22 of the NDA handbook: "All at NDA are members of a Christian Community, striving to create a climate of order and love, which necessitates respect for self, for parents, for teacher, staff members, and classmates.  Families who choose to attend NDA also choose it's philosophy and the guidelines, which flow from and give life to it.  Parental behavior should be consistent with Safe Schools Ordinance and accordance with the Notre Dame philosophy.  The Code of Behavior is in effect at all school-related/sponsered events and activities." This includes behavior at practice, regattas and any other crew events.  Disrespect for coaches, adults, or any other rower in the form of attitude and language will not be tolerated.
